First you must install the USB Drivers of your phone model before connect the mobile with your pc. When the drivers are installed you can install the drivers and configure the software in USB mode. With this software you can use too a serial cable, is tested by us, but is more easy to fin an USB cable.
Now press the button READ PHONE and wait a few seconds while the software is reading the phone.
You can see now the code in the Security Code box. Now power on the phone with a simcard inside and when the phone asks for the code write it.
